All prices are Per Week. All prices were correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to alter the advertised prices. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are based on a maximum occupancy of eight guests. For each additional guest above 8 (maximum 10) please add £25 per week per person. For details on long stay & late availability bookings please Contact Us. An initial deposit of £100 per week will be required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 8 weeks before the rental period commences, at the same time a refundable £125 deposit will be taken against damages or non return of the key. The refundable deposit will be returned to you within 21 days of the keys being returned to us..
