The villa is located on a new residential estate known as Indian Point. Indian Point is situated off Ponciana Boulevard just 3.5 miles south of the US 192 in Kissimmee. The development is adjacent to a conservation area and has communal recreation facilities including a pool, tennis courts and a children's play area.

The location enables easy access to all of the major attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet 'N' Wild. Approximately a 45 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and 55 minutes from Sanford Airport. The home is also within easy reach of many shops, restaurants and a 24 hour supermarket.

Please remember that Indian Point is a quiet residential community and your stay will be improved by showing courtesy to your neighbours and refraining from swimming or making undue noise outside after 10.30pm. Also - topless sunbathing is an offence in the State of Florida.
